Become an adoption coordinator

Adoption Coordinators are how we make sure our labs are getting paired with the perfect furever family! We are always looking for volunteers to help us review applications and guide potential adoptive families through the process! If you would like to help families and labbies find one another, join us as an Adoption Coordinator from your home.

The Adoption Coordinator position requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as possess knowledge of Facebook and computer skills (Word, Excel).  You must like talking on the phone. You should be comfortable working with a diverse group of people. 

Reponsibilities (included but are not limited to):

  • Receiving and reviewing Adoption Applications

  • Speaking to potential adopters

  • Interfacing with the Home Check and Adoption Coordinator teams 

  • Working with and continually updating potential adopters with new dogs who are rescued
